M-CADOR Promised to takeoff

The project is progressing rapidly: the UAVs have already made their first flights...

M-CADOR The swarm of intelligent UAVs

M-CADOR is a surveillance system using a swarm of fully autonomous UAVs. It offers a friendly user interface which allows to a ground operator to fully control the swarm or a part of it easily. This solution is intended to be marketed to companies and communities whose needs on security is increasing.

Swarm of UAVs

The UAVs are modelled on a bees swarm, they cooperate together to achieve surveillance tasks. The artificial intelligence, link them, control them and makes them fully autonomous : they do not need human help anymore.

Video Analysis

The video analysis allows the UAVs to perform an intelligent and autonomous observation of the monitored area. The video stream recovered by the UAVs's camera is treated to highlight significant events. Using alerts generated by the video analysis, the UAVs will be able to follow intruders or to move closer to the detected events.

GUI

The GUI allows a unique operator to control the swarm of UAVs in an abstract way and with a high level of automatisation. This strategic tool gives the possibility to define areas of interests or risks and to assign objectives to the swarm.

Charging base

The ground stations is used as a recharge spot for UAVs. Thanks to them, the swarm do not require any human interaction to recharge themselves. Hence, they are energetically independent. Bases also forms a communication network used by UAVs to trade the gathered informations.
