Callgrind support

The integration of Callgrind is now complete and it can be used in the same fashion as other tools. It has its own configuration tab and its own widget. The Ubuntu package for amd64 has been updated to this revision and can be downloaded from here.

Many changes have happened in the past weeks, leading to the integration of Massif and Cachegrind, the following features are implemented :
- dedicated widget with data from massif' output
- decicated configuration tab for massif and cachegrind
- ability to automatically run massif-visualizer and kcachegrind
- enhancements in the way jobs are handled (we can now kill them by closing tabs)
Also, Callgrind is partially supported but still requires some development, stay tuned.
